ABOUT ME

I am a writer and producer with over 20 years in the nonfiction TV industry. Since 2012, I’ve specialized as a story producer, my role being to assemble and manage the storyline of an episode from the raw footage shot in the field. (Essentially, I manage the episode’s story during post-production.) 

In addition to overseeing the story, my regular duties on an episode include writing VO (voiceover), scriptwriting, stringing out scenes with editing software (such as Avid), managing edits, coordinating with other creatives (such as animators, archival producers, drone operators, etc.), addressing internal and network notes, and writing some promo copy.

My work can be seen on Discovery, Animal Planet, A&E, Oxygen, TLC, Investigation Discovery, Nat Geo Wild, Travel Channel, and Food Network, and more.

Experience with: Avid, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and WordPress.
